Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data 39VPN collects while providing its cross-border network acceleration subscription service, why it is collected, and how it is managed. By registering for or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms below.
Account & Registration Data
No email address is required to register — you only need to choose a username and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be reversed to plaintext; not even our operations staff can view them. Account data is limited to your username, password hash, registration time, plan status, and data usage. We do not collect identity information such as real names, addresses, or ID numbers.
Plans allow an unlimited number of devices online at the same time. Device connection data is used only to maintain sessions and measure data usage, and is never linked to browsing behavior.
Order & Payment Data
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. This service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; card numbers, payment passwords, and other sensitive payment details never pass through our systems.
After a payment is completed, the payment provider notifies our system of the order number and the amount received. The system then stores the order status, plan tier, activation date, and expiry date. These records are kept only to activate and renew service, account for data usage, and process refund requests under our policy of a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment.
Usage Analytics & Local Storage
This website uses a self-hosted analytics tool to track page views. The data collected is limited to page URLs, referral sources, and visit times. It is not tied to any account identity, not used for cross-site tracking, and never shared with third-party ad networks.
The user dashboard uses your browser's local storage to keep your login session and interface preferences — solely to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. Clearing your browser data removes this information and does not affect your active plan.
Traffic & Connections: Our No-Logs Stance
This service does not record which websites you visit over our international routes, does not store browsing content, and keeps no connection logs that could be used to reconstruct your browsing history. Node servers retain only the temporary session information needed to relay traffic, which is discarded as soon as the session ends.
When troubleshooting a network issue, connection quality data is sampled briefly and only for as long as necessary. These samples never include your destinations and are deleted once the investigation is complete. Your network activity is never sold or shared with any third party.
Data Retention & Deletion
Account data and order records are retained for as long as the service is active. After you delete your account, your username, password hash, and order records are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except for financial records we are legally required to keep.
To view, correct, or delete your personal data, submit a ticket from the user dashboard; we will respond through the same ticket.
Policy Updates
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; for major changes, an announcement will be posted in the user dashboard.
