Terms of Service
These Terms form the agreement between you and 39VPN regarding the cross-border network acceleration subscription service. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.
Service Scope and Coverage
39VPN provides a subscription-based network acceleration service for cross-border access, with routes covering 100+ countries / 180+ routes and client apps for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Current monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Plan data resets monthly on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by remaining days. Standalone data packs are also available: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB — valid until fully used, never expiring. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. The specific routes and features available depend on the plan you activate and what is shown on the service pages at that time.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are enough to create an account. Accounts are for the registrant's personal use only. Keep your credentials safe; losses caused by poor credential management are your responsibility. Subscriptions allow unlimited simultaneous devices, but only on devices you own. Without permission, you may not resell, share, rent, or otherwise provide your account, subscription link, or subscription content to third parties. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password promptly and, if needed, contact support through the ticket system in the user panel.
Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your region and to use this service for lawful purposes only. Using the service for any illegal activity is prohibited, including but not limited to: infringing on others' legitimate rights, distributing unlawful content, attacking or disrupting any network or system, and any other conduct that violates the law or harms others. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through this service; disputes and losses arising from your actions are unrelated to this service.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
This service is provided based on current technical conditions and route resources. Service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure, underlying carrier network failures, data center incidents, or other factors beyond this service's control are not considered breaches. To maintain route quality, the service may undergo maintenance and route adjustments; for any temporary unavailability this causes, this service will notify users in advance or as promptly as possible. This service makes no commitments regarding access outcomes or content availability on third-party platforms or websites; results affected by the target service's own policies are outside the scope of this service's guarantees.
Refund Policy
A full, no-questions-asked refund is available within 30 days of your first payment. Submit refund requests through the ticket system in the user panel; once confirmed, refunds are issued via the original payment channel. Refund requests are subject to the other provisions of these Terms; accounts with serious violations of the acceptable use requirements are not eligible for refunds. These Terms and the refund commitments stated across this site describe the same policy; if in doubt, the wording on this page prevails.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop renewing at any time; when your plan expires, the service simply ends with no additional charges. If you violate these Terms, 39VPN may suspend or terminate service at its discretion depending on the severity. If these Terms change, updates will be posted on this page along with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
